Product Introduction
WNS low nitrogen condensing gas steam boiler adopts a fully wet back combustion chamber, which is connected to the rear tube plate flange. The boiler adopts full butt welding for more reliable quality. The combustion chamber of the boiler is composed of a large-diameter full corrugated furnace liner, with a large combustion space, complete fuel combustion, effective absorption of thermal expansion, and a large radiation heating surface. To improve thermal efficiency, an energy-saving device and a condenser are arranged in sequence at the outlet of the front smoke box of this type of boiler, which has a significant energy-saving effect.
This boiler has high and low water level alarm functions, low water level interlock protection functions, and overpressure interlock protection functions. In order to effectively monitor and control water level and pressure, this boiler is equipped with a water level gauge, an electrode type water level control alarm, a pressure gauge, and a pressure controller, which enable the boiler to have high and low water level alarm/low water level interlock protection, steam pressure overpressure interlock protection, automatic ignition of the boiler, automatic adjustment of burner firepower, and shutdown protection, ensuring the safe operation of the boiler.
The fuel of this product is sprayed out from the burner, ignited by high-pressure electronic ignition, and burned under slight positive pressure in the furnace chamber. The high-temperature flue gas after combustion enters the second return path by turning 180 ° from the rear smoke chamber, and then enters the energy-saving device and condenser through the front smoke box, and is discharged into the atmosphere through the chimney.
The front smoke box adopts an integral double door setting, with double-layer sealing of the smoke box door. This form has good integrity, beauty, and elegance, and is also easy to open during maintenance. The chimney height is configured to be 8 meters before leaving the factory. Users should determine the actual height according to the requirements of the environmental impact assessment report approved by the local environmental protection department, but not less than 8 meters.
